Our careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) service is centered on the Department of Educations, 2014 Report, which outlines that schools should “help every pupil develop high aspirations and consider a broad and ambitious range of careers”.
Our career advice for teenagers and students enable and empower young people to make informed decisions about their career choices, supporting progression, achieving destinations and their full potential. Our tailor-made CEIAG solutions are aligned to the aspirations and objectives of the schools and colleges we work with by fulfilling the “journey to excellence” pathway as outlined by Ofsted. Our Career Mentors are available at all crucial transition points, including Key Stage 4, Sixth Form, exam results and enrolment days.
We offer a fully inclusive, flexible & accessible service to all; irrespective of their ability & socioeconomic background.
With the ability to link work placements with career aspirations, we support young people effectively with decisions, applications, apprenticeships and training programmes as well as College and University courses.
